There are several ways to access more information:
Through your broker
Your independent broker is there to help you, even after you're covered. Feel free to call your broker with any questions you may have about your policy.
With CoventryOne Customer Service
Our CoventryOne Customer Service department is available 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, to help you through any questions you may have about your account or your coverage. We're happy to hear from you, and we're happy to help.

Using My Online Services
If you're more the "help yourself" type, you can securely log on to My Online Services to access information about your health benefits. My Online Services is available via any computer with internet access, and you can access it anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - whenever it is convenient for you.
With My Online Services, you have the ability to:
- View eligibility, benefit and policy information
- View authorizations
- View claim history
- View and print a copy of your ID card online
- Request a new ID card
Log in today to see the latest health topics, tips and medical information - just one more reason to get comfortable with CoventryOne!
If you're not already registered, it's easy!
- Select "Login / Register" from the box on the right side of the page, then select "Register."
- You'll be taken to a page with instructions on setting up your account.
- All you need is your CoventryOne Member ID number, date of birth, and ZIP code.
