My Online Services
Do you know about My Online Services? It’s free. It’s password protected. And it’s your gateway to manage your health and benefits information. Think of My Online Services as your personal health assistant.
My Online Services is built around a Personal Health Record with a convenient dashboard view of your information. Here are just some of the things you’ll gain access to with My Online Services:
- Recent claims and lab tests
- The Coventry WellBeingSM suite of wellness programs, including My ePHIT (Personalized Health Improvement Training) and KidsHealth
- Search tools to locate participating providers, hospitals and pharmacies
- Links to useful tools including Hospital and Physician Quality, Health Risk Assessment, and Average Cost Comparisons for common procedures
Prescription Drug Formulary
The prescription drug formulary is the foundation of drug therapy quality improvement and cost containment efforts in managed care organizations. Its purpose is to optimize patient care through rational selection and use of drugs and to ensure quality plus cost-effective prescribing. The drugs included in this formulary support that goal.
