• Copay Plans: Our Copay plans are our most comprehensive plans. These plans offer maximum protection for security and cost predictability. The Copay plans are ideal for people who are looking for the strongest benefit structure available and lowest out-of-pocket costs.
• Deductible Plans: The Deductible plans are our standard plans that bring together broad coverage with an affordable premium. Deductible plans are great for those who want the comfort of thorough coverage while controlling premium costs.
• 100% QHDHP Plans: The 100% QHDHP plans are Qualified High Deductible Health Plans (QHDHPs) that incorporate strong coverage with the financial flexibility of an optional, tax-advantaged, no-fee Health Savings Account (HSA). These plans are appropriate for people who view health insurance as a financial decision as much as a healthcare decision, and who are willing to fund their HSA for future medical expenses.
• 90% and 80% QHDHP Plans: These QHDHP plans combine the advantages of a Qualified High Deductible Health Plan (QHDHP) and optional, tax-advantaged, no-fee Health Savings Account (HSA) with our most affordable benefit levels for the lowest monthly premiums. QHDHPs are good for people who are willing to fund their HSA account to pay for future medical expenses.
